His C2B Technologies was acquired by Inktomi, in turn acquired by Yahoo!. He was the lead investor and a director of Baidu, China’s leading search engine, which in 2005, completed the most successful IPO by a foreign company in NASDAQ history.

Duncan Hill is a founder of Basecamp Partners, an incubator and accelerator for the development and commercialization of technology innovation. Duncan recently served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Ventures West, and currently sits on the board of directors of RapidMind, and on advisory boards at Brainpark, Pushlife, Chango, Opalis, Cirba, Embotics, and ServiceMesh.

Robin Axon

Robin Axon is a founder of Basecamp Partners, an incubator and accelerator for the development and commercialization of technology innovation. Prior to founding BaseCamp Partners, Robin was a partner at Ventures West where he was part of the IT & Communications team with a focus on SaaS and wireless technology investments.

Harvey Gordon

Mr. Gordon is an experienced executive with extensive senior management experience in both private and public companies, domestic and international. For organizations that range in size from startups to $100M + , he has served as CEO and as business development, sales and marketing executive. Mr. Gordon has started his own businesses; taken a company public on a major American stock exchange; held key senior executive positions with several industry leading software and service firms, including Algorithmic Inc., Changepoint Corporation, Infonet Services Corporation and Magic Lantern Group.

Martin Cleaver

Martin’s early career focused on IT integration technologies. Serving major blue chip and top-tier finance organizations using large scale Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies, Martin succeeded in positions as hard-core systems programmer, IT architect and Enterprise Integration team leader. In 2004, after taking a year to backpack around South East Asia, Martin used his MBA skills to refocus his attention to understand industries, company strategy and optimal motivation of the knowledge worker and what collaboration means to enterprise competitiveness.

Alistair Croll

Alistair Croll is an analyst at research firm Bitcurrent, where he covers emerging web technologies, networking, and online applications; and a principal at startup accelerator Rednod, where he advises companies on product and marketing strategy. Prior to working at Bitcurrent, Alistair cofounded Coradiant, a leader in online user monitoring, as well as the research firm Networkshop. He has held product management positions with 3Com Corporation, Primary Access, and Eicon Technology.
