Dr. Eisen specializes in conceptualization and design of world-class user-centered business solutions enabled by technology. He has led design of award-winning global portals, Web sites and rich internet applications. He is an expert in usability and design of applications, and boasts significant experience in business strategy, program management and financial analysis to support large application initiatives. Dr. Eisen frequently presents at industry conferences on the benefits and techniques of user-centered design and usability assessment. Additionally, he served as adjunct professor and designed and delivered courses on human factors of information systems.
