Saas

SaaS, or Software as a Service, has many advantages for our customers. To start, it means that our solution is delivered as a web software service, pulled from the internet with a web-browser; allowing our customers to avoid the high cost and protracted set-up time of a traditional software implementation.

SaaS changes the model from what many of our customers may be used to when purchasing enterprise solutions from a vendor. Instead of selling the software and a service agreement to go along with it, we offer a subscription model that encompasses everything the customer needs to use and be successful with Brainpark. Because there is no actual installation of software, there are no upgrades to hassle with. When our customers pull our program from the web, it will always be the latest and greatest version.

Security and Access

The Brainpark web-based infrastructure ensures our customer’s data is always secure. We understand that security and data integrity are integral to the success of all types of businesses and we make it our business to provide maximum security performance.

Single Sign-On (SSO) technology is used to ensure that only the right users are accessing the right data. Users can log on from any location, safely and securely. Whether at the office, at home, or on the road, the Brainpark system is accessible anywhere with internet access. Web-based software is actually safer than traditional programs stored on employee laptops which are rarely backed up properly or can be stolen. With our web-based software, the data is always securely stored and backed up daily.

Our state of the art server bank is under 24 hour high security and our software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Firewalls protect our network to keep our customers data flow safe and un-corrupted.
