If you are interested in using the facility for your project, please note that we have defined procedures for applying to access our facility and equipment, in accordance with Monash Biomedical Imaging policies.
The first step is to get in contact with us (Manager.Mbi@monash.edu) and complete a new project form, outlining your project needs. You will also need to obtain an approved Human Ethics application and occupational health and safety training requirements.
Once we have these pieces of information we will create a project code for you, which should be used in all project correspondence.

Cancellation policy
Researchers should endeavour to give maximum possible notice of cancellations so that other researchers can use the facilities. Primary investigators are responsible for ensuring that participants arrive on time for their scheduled scans. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
•Greater than 5 working days (121 hours) notice - no charge
•Less than 5 working days (121 hours) notice - 25% charge
•Less than 2 working day (48 hours) notice - 100% charge
If the number of cancellations exceeds 25% of all bookings, a flat cancellation rate of 50% will apply. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the BrainPark Manager.
Billing
Invoices will be issued on a quarterly basis. Please contact us if you require alternative billing arrangements.
