BrainPark has defined procedures for applying for new projects and accessing our equipment, in accordance with Monash Biomedical Imaging policies.
The first step is to get in contact with us (email@example.com or 03 9902 7275) and complete a new project form, outlining your project needs. You will also need to obtain an approved Human Ethics application and occupational health and safety training requirements.
Once we have these pieces of information we will create a project code for you, which should be used in all project correspondence.

•Greater than 5 working days (121 hours) notice - no charge
•Less than 5 working days (121 hours) notice - 25% charge
•Less than 2 working day (48 hours) notice - 100% charge
If the number of cancellations exceeds 25% of all bookings, a flat cancellation rate of 50% will apply. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the BrainPark Manager.
Invoices will be issued on a quarterly basis. Please contact us if you require alternative billing arrangements.
